- Once drawings are completed, we submit the plan to the city. With that is a “plan check” fee and a “building permit” fee. Depending on the municipality, there could be additional fees such as, water meter, sewer hook-up, etc.
- With the issued building permit, we will dig the footings for your home. Each phase of the build is required to have have approval by a building inspector.
